Top 3 Mistakes Your Making With Your Health & Weight



Some may ask at times, “How did you improve your health and get 100 Pounds off”.  And I share with them, that what I have found through this journey, is you become aware of mistakes that you make, and what is keeping you stuck and struggling, until the moment, you finally overcome those mistakes and they become stepping stones, learning experiences and discoveries that change your life for the better.  I've been there done that.

And I’m excited to share with you, what I have found to be the top 3 mistakes you may be making with your health. Once I became aware of these, and took action, that’s when things really started to change and improve for the better.



Mistake #1 Distractions


One of the many mistakes, is when we allow Distractions to mislead us off of our path. Distractions can show up in many sizes, shapes, and forms. They slip in and show up in many ways that can be totally unexpected or out of the blue. And if you allow them, they can side swipe you and take you right off of the path that your on, which may, at the time, have been going really well for you. Distractions can also blur your focal point of your goals, that you are working on achieving, and lead you down a whole different path, or even cause you to take a U-turn in the opposite direction of your hopes and dreams, which then leads to disappointment, confusion, frustration, and to the point of wanting to just give in and give up. And this just doesn’t happen in the area of health and weight, distractions can also show up in our relationships, finances, career, and spirituality. 

But we don’t have to allow distractions to take us off of our path. We can overcome distractions and also prepare ourselves, so that we are ready for whatever may come our way. One way is to build ourselves on a firm foundation, so that when life’s storms come, we are able to bend rather then break. Music and songs are powerful, such as the song I love to sing and hear, are these words,  “Be thou humble in thy meekness and the lord thy god shall bless thee with his love”.  And this powerful statement, “If ye are prepared, ye shall not fear”.  What path are you on with your health and body? Are you prepared for distractions that may come along?



Mistake #2 Unclear Mindset

Having a Clear Mindset is powerful. Everything ever created, was created twice. First in mind, then in form. If you are unclear and don't know what you really want. And you don’t make clarity your focus and one of your first priorities, to become absolutely crystal clear in your mind, of what exactly you want to become and achieve, then that’s what the result will be, an unclear reality of your health and life. And you will end up sabotaging your efforts. Let’s say you told the taxi driver an unclear destination, because you really didn't know the address to where you were going. Or you had a couple different addresses you gave all at once. Do you think you would get to your destination? Or what if you were going to build a brand new house, but the builder didn’t have a very clear blueprint of the whole layout of the house, starting from the foundation to the top of the roof. The builder didn’t have total understanding and did not make a very clear blueprint and just started to build without your clarification of exactly how you want everything laid out. Would you want that to be your house. Would it even turn out in the end of how you really wanted your house to be built. Same as with your health. So it’s very important to become very clear in your mind of how you want to feel and look.



Mistake #3  Not Doing Inner Cellular Level Cleansing 

We clean our bodies on the outside, but may never consider the importance of the inside of our bodies. We take a bath or shower to cleanse our bodies. We brush our teeth and change the oil and the filters in our cars and homes.  But never take into consideration that our inner body may need some internal cleansing as well. Internal Cleansing was one of the best things that helped me to jump start my first successful weight loss and keep it off.  I will never forget how invigorated I felt, even on my very first cleanse day. I still vividly remember it to this day, of how much my energy had improved, and my brain fog started to clear just in one day, in which I had not felt before in a long time, even back before I had started my first cleansing regimen. Before this, not even eating clean and exercise was not working. But once I began cellular level whole body inner cleansing, my inches and weight finally started to come off on a consistent basis.
